Play-Based Intervention
Play Therapy
Play therapy allows children to express emotions, work through challenges, and develop essential social and emotional skills in a safe, supportive environment. Through carefully guided play activities, our therapists help children:
Build self-confidence and emotional regulation
Develop communication and social interaction skills
Learn problem-solving and coping strategies
Process difficult experiences or transitions
Strengthen relationships with caregivers

What to expect: Assessment appointments typically last 2-3 hours and include time for both parent consultation and direct observation with your child. We provide a detailed written report and feedback session to discuss findings and recommendations.

Starting school is a major milestone. Our school readiness program helps children develop the foundational skills they need to thrive in the classroom, including:
